Have 2 bio kids, 28 & 30 and 2 adopted kids 11 & 12 from China. I fell and injured my knees in April, and discovered a month ago that the fall just set off symptoms of the need for bi-lateral total knee replacements! Need to loose weight before surg.
Hi Kathy, where have you been? Did you enjoy the Holiday?? I did, we had a LOT of snow! I have not been on here a great deal but do look to see if you have written. Hope all if well with you! :-)
