been ther done that i have had 2 unfills due to being to tight....just go back and get a small fill ...

Thats what i thought but I had to get an unfil due to the band being too tight. I am so bummed there really should be a happy mediumn

i am new to the board but I have been banded for almost three years. I have had some success but..not nearly what I had hoped for. The problem is I still either have to starve or I will not loose weight. I have got to the point to where I have been cheating and drinking while eating only hot things to help the food go down. Also, I have been eating more than a cup at a time. I know better than to do this. so there you have it. This is sorta embarrassing...But.. terribly freeing. ha,ha
