I find this whole website a little frustrating at times. I just figured out how to read postings sent to specific people. Anyway, Thanks for the info on the ticker. I think I'm going to wait a while as I'm not ready to post my weight for everyone to see yet. I wish I could do it in pounds lost to goal. How is everything going for you???
