In June of 2008 I started my 6 month doctor supervised weight loss program per insurance requirements. December 2nd I was banded and spent 2 days in the hospital. I had some right shoulder pain post surgery which resolved on it's own. Had my first fill June 2009 and another one October 2009. Combining my 'before banding weight-loss" and my "banding weight loss" I have lost 112 pounds. Woooo Hoooo!!!! Dr. A. Elizabeth Martin was my surgeon and I continue seeing her every 4-6 weeks. I am very happy with my decision.
