i mostly follow directions also,because i know my stomack need to heal,but its hard due to temptations and dont feel any restrictions it easy to slip up i try hard not to -

banded on 2/25 i feel that i dont have restrictions either,but trying real hard to maintain dr put me on muchies after a week,lost four pounds first week -

I actually have a waist now. I am even starting to wear "girl" colors instead of all blacks, greys, and browns. I have a long way to go..but I can not belive that I have made it this far sometimes. Oh yeah..the shirt is courtesy of Ross 9dres
