Thank you so much! I was banded on December 22, 2008 and So far I've lost 35 pounds!!! I love to excersize so I think thats what helped me out a whole lot!!! Congrats on ur weight loss!!! I know we have a long road to go but I sometimes get discouraged because it goes so slow but I know thats a good thing! I just need to be patient:)

So far it's going good! I work out everyday after work then go on about my business!lol I feel amazing and refreshed! I never thought that I would feel like this someone new! How are you doing?
