am here sweetie all is well been good after spain, weight loss slowed down but loosing inches as i am training hard, done a 4 mile fun run yesterday for charity and i think i am going to do a 10k in june for the local stroke unit where my dad died a few years back so all good hard work. you still enjoying france you get some restriciton yet, i aint but think i will in next fill. hi jackiem welcome to the chat you wil find all your answers here. Please take some time out and scroll back through the posts and you will probably answer all your questions. AS far as the hotel, dont stay in brusseld itself you are better to stay in vilvoore which is where hospital is. If you book the package with ECFS whichis what a lot of us have done it included transfers from airport, hotel and taxis to and from hospital, it is not more expensive doing it this way as i think all of us on here have tried many different ways to book. If you want there contact detils then just ask. Dr Chris and his team are very good and you wont be disappointed, i am sure all our friends on here will agree. Garry

until you reach your sweetspot its kind of ok but i have been conditioning myself from start and not having it so its easier, i am also a vod and d coke drinker and if i am in a house then its easy by just pouring a pint of diet coke and using it to top up vodka as it generally goes flat, when out its a bit tougher, i opt for the gun coke where normally i would have bottles as its normally flatter.

good on you mate i am glad to hear it, i think my next fill will get me there, hol was good only 4 days there but it was good, i went with that idea but that failed at first hurdle but i never had your restriction but i kicked the ar*e oot the bevvy, i was a good 7 pound heavier on sun, but a lot most have been fluid as 5 of it has gone already by being strict and training again. it is bizzare, i had a little restriction last week well it slowed me down never stopped but after last week of eating and drinking it went awat however back to normal good eating yesterday and low and behold the slight restriciton came back, oh well guess you need to find another crisp kiddo. gx

i would guess honey its just coincidence and you have a wee bug as prinlge are even softer than normal crisps and i would not imagine would be worse. Hope your better soon. Gx

i found that some nesquik strawberry granules for milk were a godsend. The butter biscuits in the hotel rooms are magic with tea you can buy them in shops, go down easy. gx

odgemodge nice picture, you surley cant have much weight to loose. you mentioned earlier about fill in scotland, if you cant get dr chris in edinburgh as he is always full then there is a guy that comes to glasgow and he is really nice also ( cant remember if i told you this before) Gx
