welcome harlequin I agree with wishfull, i thought the same as you however my first and seconf fill i felt no difference however on my third the filler actually contemplated removing some as he thought he put in too much however a day later it had settled and i need another one, therfore if he had put in more than he initially i would have definately needed a defil, so dont get impatient, i was banded in feb 13 2009 and if you hbad said to me then i would still not have restriciton by june i would have went crazy but due to being abroad at fill times i have missed two months but i am fine about it, it is a marathion not a sprint (what a terrbile cliche). Take it easy you will get there. G

good morning all , i need a little bit of advice, think i may have overdone it at the weekend as I have a tension feeling around my band, its not really painful by any means but just a dull ache, i was sick over the weekend( sorry for the graphic description) the ache gets worse when i have eaten a meal and as i dont have restriciton yet, this can be a normal size meal. I personally think i have a swollen stomach from vommitting and no doubt the booze, i think i may eat fluid for a day or two and see if it settles. I have felt it since kind of of sat night, althought its not got any worse, its not got any better. Anyone got any thoughts Thanks in advance Gx

Hi Hun I made an appaearance after 2 weeks had passed allbeit i took it easy, walking, cross trainer, i could not go on bike due to my swelling and no weights as told to do by doc oh and no abs. After 4 weeks i started adding weights and was back rnning and doing spin/bike. Just take it easy and dont push it, your body will tell you. Gx

sue good on you it wont be long and all over and done and you will be on the loosing side, initially was only going to take a few days, however although you feel fine you get tired very easy at strange times so i would reccomend at least a week hoever that depends on wither you can dodge the lifting as i really would not be lifting for a couple of weeks. Gx

odge i was surprised by the ammount of willpower the band actually gives you before your fills start to make a difference, look at flirty, i dont have restricition yet and due to being away i have missed 2 months of fills. Youl be fine dont panic. gx

hey p its completely normal what your thinking and we were all no different, if you get a bit of paper and write down one side the plusses and the other the negatives then i am sure you will take yourself back to that positive. If you also take yourself back to how you felt when you left me last week, nothing has changed allbeit you are closer to doing it. ON the death thing i explained to you how presice dr c and his team were and if there was one little thing in your blood results or ecg he will not operate, other than those annomolies you will be fine. Hi everyone I am back in one piece from Ibiza stag do, well i use one piece in the broadest sense, i think this pic sums it up I hope your all doing good, been trying to get my concentration together enought to read all the pages and catch up on chat A big hhi to all you new guys.
