shoes, i am 3 weeks beofre you and still get twinges and strange feelings, mine is even still a little swollen but i had a bad hematoma, i would not worry about it, my next fill at end on june is with dr c so i will get his opinion, however from talking to other real old timers 1year and over this is normal. gx

hi guys, on the wls thing i dont personally use them but from reading between the lines i am quite dissapointed in what i read, up till today i have heard good things and a big plus point of them is the 6 month package however it seems to me that they had got quite a lot of enquiries and no doubt a lot from this forum however they now seem greedy and change the goalposts for new bandster. This would really p*ss me off. Does anyone else think the same as me or is it just my synical mind. Gx

hi there I would recomend you go with the ecfs package which is 4070 euro ( i think) this includes collection from airport, hotel and taxis to and from hospital. I think the bookings are bout 4 weeks in advance but you would be better to contct frederc who is Dr chris right hand man and does all the organising. On the travel front it is dependend where you are, if in london i think the train is pretty good otherwise i would fly to belgium international. If you sy got there on thurs, your op would be fri and then trvel homw sunday. keep the questions coming you arenot alone on this site nd we are pretty confident we cn answer just about everything. Hi sara i know its a pain in the arse not drinking at the hen do but either go easy or try and not drink as the liver shrinkage and reduced fat is pretty imprtant, just think of the wedding how good it will be to be down in weight. I am by no means a party pooper but its important to get into the right frame of mind even before the op, it does help, i knew i was going to have surgery 14 weeks before and i strated my own diet then and it was over christmas, i only drank one night. i lost 3.5 stone before op and it helped get me started. Gazx

hahahahahaha odge come on now, i like a good party as much as the rest o them but cleaning your liver with no bevvy or fatty food is important to the actual op and and for me more importantly getting your mindset into gear for eating well and reduced bevvy (bevvy for a good 4 weeks after op.

hi freckles, thanks for the concern, i am better it had eased of a good bit, still a little when i over eat so i just try not to over eat, i right. I enjoyed my weekend and managed to top up my tan quite considerably. These pink speedo thongs are murder!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! hahahaha oh dont i am even giving myself the dry boak. You will be looking forward to going down under, did you try emirated i found them good, or i believe singapor are also good. gxxx

i had put a few pounds back on with being away but i knew that would happen but i have lost it all agin all bar 1 pound so i am back on track, dont have any trips planned so can get back to being motivated and get down some more, i still have my christmas target for another 5 stone off. Not long now J. gx
