i never done mushies at all as my restriction has completely gone, i knew that on fri fromwhere i was prior. i clearly have a problem so will just need to wait and see, its 1 of 3 things, 1st being my hope that he has just completey f***ed up the fill and kept on missing my port as then dr cdb will fill, the 2nd is that there is a leak and the 3rd is that the band has came undone. unfortunately my presonal feeling is the 3rd as he was still able to put fluid in and feel a pressure in syringe but i have no feeling at all can eat plenty if i wanted, thank god i am motivated at mo. g

mags my weight really platoed for 3 months as with being away i got a fill in march (no rstriction) then i never got another till end june then bang restriction so i suppose i am a new months behind, i have only really losed 2 stone since surgery which aint as goos as pre op, but its moving again. I am loosing inches though with training so it aint all bad. g x

hi, i thot i would bring you up to date about my f***ing band as you know i eventually got restriciton from feb 3 weeks ago and it was great weight started moving, i went for a top up on fri there and he struggled to find port, he eventually did and filled with no difference, he asked me to wait and tried again and again now after what seemed like3 aditional fills there was no difference if anything less than i had, he then got a big syringe and emptied it and put it back in plus some more, still no difference, his first thought was it he had nicked it and i had a leak, however he was able to push in fluid and remove it so unless he was not in my port and just removing free moving fluid then he was unsure, when he was puttig in there was a definate pressure so that would also suggest no leak. My thought ( the worst) is that the clip has opened and my band is opened but i just dont know, he was going to report to dr chis but he is on hol till next week but he will speak to him and i have to try and see Dr c in edinburght on the 30th and let him decide. I may need to go for x ray> the fill guy mailed me yesterday asking how i was and that he had discussed with frederic in dr cdb absence and assured me they will come to a financial arrangement if i need some re surgery. I replied thanking him for his mail but mentioned i would not be happy paying anything if i had to have resurgery. I am not thinking i need yet until i see dr c. JUst great eh, just as well i am pretty motivated at moment and am training well and hard. Gx

hi odge am good thanks, got my fill 3 weeks ago and was pretty tight however it has loosened well a little, i think entally it has but its probably because i am choosing easier to eat food, mash, mince, soft past, rice with sauc, I can eat red meat, bread a little and toast if i take my time, i am however going to get a top up tomorrow from c deprez however i am seeing a pattern with all the others in that you need to go every month to have a small tweak. g

hey babe dont want to miss you but wanted to say best o luck will be thinking about you. gxx

wishfull items you need, 1 large onion chopped 1-2 tins tomatoes tomato puree 1/4-1/2 jar of patak currypaster (either vindaloo or balti) dont panic vindaloo aint too hot. water 1st fry off the onion in oil then add the curry paste and stir and cook for 5 mins. add the quorn mince tomatoes puree and water to nearly cover and bring to boil, the liquid will absord quickly so keep an eye on it, i then let it simmer for 30-40 mins and if you want at end add a big spoon of low fat creme fraiche and enjoy with rice. good luck gxx

oh absolutely mate its drivin me nuts, i have considerably reduced my food and training harder and my weight has dropped a bit but seems to have stalled again but i am loosing inches an changing body shape but the scales i think r stuck, really pissing me off. g

now that is a feast bobo sounds magic, my restriciton has also been weird, it seemed to have relaxed then its tight again but i think the relaxed was coming from me making mushier food choices so i think i will get a wee top up this friday, what do you recon i should get i am at 10ml the noo. gaz

i would agree with bobo, a run or brisk walk is fine but fitty is more stop start, twist turn and possibility of being knocked so i wouls stay well clear, go for a run. I could run but not cycle as the movement hit my port but fre says these things for a reason and unfortunately he is right. g
