I thought this was interesting. What do you think?

You sound like me when I first started I only lasted about 3 min. now I workout on the elliptical for an hour, 5-6 days a week. I also found that if you go forward for a few min and then go back-wards for while that it helps work different muscles in your legs (so your not feeling the pain in the same spot). It makes it a little bit easier when you first start out on it.

YEA!! I hit Onederland yesterday at 199!!!!!!!!! Woke up this morning and lost another 2 pounds down to 197. I Love this feeling.

I also have the Realize band. Had my surgery on Dec. 10 in Charleston WV have lost 28 lbs so far. Will have my second fill on Jan 20th. Have a Happy New Year! -

First I seen my DR. in his office and he just talked to me about the surgery asked if i had any more questions. Then he sent me to the hospital where I has having my surgery, they took my medical history, took my blood, ran an EKG, let me talk to the anesthesiologist, and went over the restrictions no food or drinks after midnight, can only brush your teeth, no mints or gum, etc. Banded 12/10/2008 -
I am on my 6th day of a liquid diet and my doctor wants me to drink Slim-fast and i am geting sick of the 3 flavors. (i still have 5 days to go on it):whatchutalkingabout Is there any suggestions on a replacement?

i am on the diet 11 days before my surgery. Surgery date is December 10, 2008
