That's why I'm being banded in Feb. DH is being banded in Jan. and Dr. thought it would be better to have separate surgeries. I'm looking forward to Thursday, I'm going for the nutritional workshop with DH. Thanks for putting my mind at ease. -

That's a really good way to look at everything. I too wanted a girl, but at this point I'll take whatever I'm given, just as long as the baby is healthy. Since you are 12 days out... How was/is the pain??? -

I feel the same way! I've never had surgery either, and all of my friends have kids, even some of my bigger friends have happy healthy babies. I've often thought what did I do to deserve this???:sad: Hopefully this surgery is the key to a new healthier life with children. :smile2: -

Good luck Autumndannie, I've been TTC for 2 years, with nothing, I'm 28 with PCOS and Diabetes, sometimes its hard to keep hope alive. I'm going to be banded Feb.9th. I hope this works for me. Keep us posted on your progress. -
How soon did you get pregnant after you were banded?

Hello I'm new to this forum. I've had PCOS for 2 years and have been diagnosed with diabetes in Oct. 08. How long did you guys have have to wait until TTC?

I am in the same boat as Michelle. I too have PCOS and am having surgery in February of 2009. I hope soon after that we can begin again ttc. We've been trying for 2 years as well.
