Thanks for the comment! Honestly, I just have been eating less because of the lap-band. I have been walking and working out some but other than that, that's it. Also, the only thing I drink is water and unsweet tea now, hardly ever anything else. I try to stay away from drink that have a lot of sugar in them. What you lost is still great, don't give up. I know I had time where I hit a patch were I didn't loose any. Hope everything goes well!

thank u for the compliment...my goal is to b at 160...i'm at 180 right now...but that changes from time to time...sometimes i feel like i'll just let my body go to where ever it wants to take me...my husband on the other hand is having a heart attack...he wanted me to stop 40 pounds ago....lol
