I'm 12 days out and doing great. I have had yogurt and chicken broth today and feel full but my head is telling my I am hungry. How do I learn the difference between real hunger and cravings?

I'm 9 days out of surgery. I just ate 3 ounces of yogurt and then 45 min later pureed some chili and ate that. Am I messing things up? I need someone to talk too.

Julie, you go girl. You can do it. I'm only at my 5th day after banding and i am straving.....sometimes thinking what did i do? Food has been my loving, well not really loving, as you said, compion for so long. It is hard for me to give it up especially at night. Reading your blog has helped me. We can do it because we know we have to inorder to ive the way we want. -
This is my third day after surgery. I feel good except for leg pain - more like muscle. I just talked to my doctor and they said it could be due to not enough fluids. They also told me what to look for concerning blood clots. Anyone else having this probelm? I would like to talk to someone recently out of surgery.
