It will be worth it. I would do it over 10 times if I had to. I had to do a 6 month diet plan before surgery for my insurance to cover it. I was banded on 9/24/08 and I am down 82 lbs! I love it. I haven't had any complications or problems. I wish you the best of luck on your journey and keep me posted on how everything goes!
