Hi, I am a food addict

You know you shouldn't be looking for ways to get in the foods you like the most. My problem in life isn't binging but snacking all night long. Dinner is not a meal it was a series snacks. I am consciously trying to reduce the snacking. I feel like I need sweets all the time. Right now my advice for you is don't waste your money. Do the plan stick to a sensible diet fo most days. Don't eat junk but every now and then. Good luck.

    Hello

It's just been a few days. Those feelings will pass. Don't regret this fast forward your mind to the better days you'll be feeling in a few weeks. Don't get me wrong. It won't take a few weeks to feel better, just that by that time you will forget today. I am 2 months and counting post op and I am amazed the energy I feel. I am almost doing to much physically. I have to be cautious because I am suffering from pinch nerves on both sides of my body. I am exercising only as prescribed but, sometimes I can overdo. Anyway back to you. Try to occupy yourslf with a book or a movie or even a good conversation. Take yourself out of your discomfort cause I know one day you will be doing the same for some other post-op patient. Take care, chin up it will get better.
  5. Great weight loss! I don't check twice a day but I check each morning on my way to he bathroom. I am hoping to continue the 2 lbs a week for awhile. I am making exercise my new religion. I recently bought resistance bands since I am suffering from pinch nerves. I do cardio on my bike and try to increase a little each week. I have a personal goal of -50 lbs on xmas morning. It looks bad but I plan on doing strictly no carbs this week only to get a spike. Don't worry I'll keep my vitamins and water up.
  6. I was banded September 30. I am new to blogging but spent the last 2 hours reading many posts so I can get answers to the questions I have. Mostly it's about getting a fill. I am not sure How to tell if I need a fill. I am eating more than before now. I am exercising daily though. I feel hungry sooner now. I live in the US Virgin Islands and getting fill will require a trip. I was banded in Dominican Republic. I probably will be looking for a doctor in Puerto Rico which is closer. Can some one help with suggestions and am I really needing a fill right now?
  7. What did you do for fills? I live on STX too. I was banded recently in DR. I need a fill where should I go? How much should it cost? Congratulations by the way on your success.

    I'm ready for a fill...

How do you know when you need a fill. I was banded 9-30. I am beginning to feel like I can eat more than I could post surgery. Is that how I can tell I need a fill? I haven't noticed any changes in weight loss yet. I am averaging 2-3 lbs a week. I am doing 45 minutes on a cardio bike daily. I don't know if that's why I am maintaining weight loss. What's the best way to know for sure? I have to fly to another location to get to a doctor that can fill me. I don't want to waste money if it is not needed.
