  3. Hi everyone. It has been awhile since I have posted. I was doing well up until the last month of May when I had my third fill. I did well for 2days then something got stuck I PB'd and I swelled shut could not even swallow my own spit. It was a little scary but the doctor saw me right away and took out half of what he put in and have been doing ok since. I then hit the wall. I was 259lbs at the point and stayed at that point until the second week of July. So now finally it is starting to come off again. Even though I did not lose weight for over a month i am very proud of what I have lost. Well enough about me. I am glad that I was able to post again and see many of you still doing well. :smile: Sue you can still eat bread and flour products?? I can no longer eat breads, pasta, or any sort of breading on anything.
  4. Hello everyone. 4 months to the day for me and i am at 267 that is a total of 60lbs for me. I have had 2 fills. the 2nd one is at 2,9cc and it is the sweet spot. No breads for me what so ever mostly chicken and my husband made a tenderloin for me last night. I have a salad atleast one a day and I still drink my muscle milk portein but i found a light 100 caliore one that is great. I have now drop from 28s to 22s in pant sizes and gone for a 4x to 2x in shirts. No boobs they are all gone from a 48DD to 42c. I feel like I am being deflated everything wiggles and jiggles. LOL Was going to gym started to have to pick up more shifts and the restaurant so missed a few days here and there, But now thank god for Yuma Arizona it was 103 today and so i came home and did laps in the pool. Hope everyone is great and it has been a long journy just to make it 4months and I still have journy and a half to make it through. Kathy

  6. hi everyone missed last week posts but if you put both my weeks togather i am down 4lbs. (275)!!! Made my goal of 10lbs this month. So I think I am going for another 10lbs for April.
  7. hello down 3lbs this week so I am at 279!!! Since my last fill doing very well. It has given my lessons on portion sizes and what not to eat. Loving every pound gone. Feel like a whole new me.

  9. Hello everyone!! Lost nothing last week. Got my 2nd fill 2.9cc not so sure about this one might be to tight. Can hardly eat anything or I am just not eating right maybe not small enough bites maybe wrong food it seems to be different everyday. March goal 10lbs

  11. Hello So this week down 3lbs. I am working out with a trainer 2 days a week and then doing my own thing the rest of the week. We are so busy around the restaurant right now :scared2:because we are in our season (we have snow birds) that i must burn 100's of calories running around at night.
  12. Extremly painful week for me am sore from head to toe. Lost 5lbs this week. Everyone is doing great. Keep it up.
  13. Okay so I decided since I have not been able to do this on my own for 30 something years I now have the best tool in the world (my band) and a personel trainer. OHHHH MYYY GOSHHHH i now think i am going to die. If i can walk in the morning it will be a miracle. 2 Hours of balancing, weights, squats, and elliptical. No wonder I never did this on my own if I did not have my trainer I would have went home after 45min. Money well spent but lets see if i say that in the morning when i meet him at 10am. HAHA
  14. Hello everyone this morning i was at 297lbs so I believe I reached my goal this month. Went in for my first fill today. They add 1.9cc so for February is will try for 15lbs. Going to see a personel trainer on Monday so that is very exciting for me.
  15. Hi everyone I am at 299lbs this week so I believe that is a 1lb loss. I am so ready for my fill it is going to happen on the 31st.
  16. hay everyone congrats on your losses. I have had such a bad chest cold :frown:that I did not do much at all this week. I am Still at 300lbs so no loss for me this week. It does not surprise me at all since I lost 8 last week and been so sick my body is trying to hang on to everything for dear life.

    OMG I got "stuck"

    Oh my I was eating chicken stir fry. Doing well small bites and everything. I have a really bad chest cold. Took a bite of chicken coughed at the same time down went the chicken before i could chew. :scared2:The worst pain in my life lasted 10-15min bending over and a little water finally got it passed.

    Today not a good day!!! Very hungry today. This is the first time since banded that I have felt hungry. And I mean all day feeling hungry. Oatmeal 1/2 tuna sammi mashed potatoes salad snack size snickers:cursing: not sure what for dinner but still hungry

    Today Today Today what I had Today Oatmeal- that is the best fill in the morning 1/2 of a 1/2 corned beef sammi eggs & veggies Have a chest cold not feel so well. Coughing alot and not getting enough sleep.

    Ok Tuesday for me! oatmeal chicken and veggies Steak and veggies snacks- 2 sugar free puddings Most of my meals consist of leftovers from the day before.

    On Tuesday I went for a 1 hour walk felt so good!!!!

    I did not get to post last night. oatmeal Protein shake chicken and veggies flat Iron and veggies tapioca all very small amounts and cooked to perfection.
