Girl...its okay. Tomorrow is a new day. Just take one day at a time. I was banded on 11-20. This hasn't been a good week for me either, but I'm learning and thats all we can do. I pray that I don't gain any weight before my 1st fill ...all the way til Jan. 7th. Stay strong...we are here for you!!!!!

I went through that as well, but its something new. Be strong. Just look forward to your fill. That will really help. I have a protein shake when I am feeling hungry. Have you tried that?

About 15 but it has stopped now that i'm eating more. As long as i'm not gaining , i'm ok

Hey I my surgery was Nov 20th with Dr. Hart as well. How's it going. Due to the holidays I can't get a fill until Jan 7th . I have no restrictions so I am going to stay strong.

Congrads...finally found a bandster sister. I was banded on the 20th as well. My tommy itches so bad that its driving me crazy. Is this normal?

Okay...the gas has gotten a lot better. I did walk, walk, walk. The strips are starting to come off of the scars and the area where the port is hurts and itches. I go for my follow up on Monday. Oh...I'm down 14lbs. so 354 on the surgery date and 340 today. Must be all water weight because I don't see a difference. My goal is -5 for next week.:thumbup:
