Yeah!!! I am happy to say that I am coming up on my 1 year anniversary Nov 11th and I have lost 58 lbs!!! I went from a size 16 to an 8. 198lbs-140lbs Although, the process was slow I would not have ever imagine that it was so possible to lose this amount of weight after struggling for many years just to lose 20 lbs. My life has changed so much since losing the weight such as self confidence, and truly being more physically active. I'm so happy that I made this decision.
