Hi, I am new to this site. I just want to introduce myself. I'm Karen. I just had my lap-band surgery on 11/11/08. I just had my 2 week post-op with my Nutritionist and I have already lost 13 1/2 pounds! I am feeling good. I also just got ok'ed to move on the soft food phase of the diet.
