I think this is great to see what others are eating and makes you accountable for what you are eating.
So here is what I ate today:
Breakfast
1 egg with 1 oz of low fat mozzarella cheese
1 morning star vegetarian sausage
Lunch
2 ounces of bay shrimp
1/2 teaspoon light mayo
1 ounce of light cheddar cheese
2 melba crackers
Dinner
2 ounces of halibut
1 ounce of green beans
Snack
1 proti diet chocolate carmel bar.
I have not been counting calorie but instead measure all my food and counting protein. I only eat 3 ounces per meal.
