I am not sure I have not weighed myself didn't want to get obsessed with it. I have slacked on getting my fill and dont have it until the 20th. I go for my followup with dr. b on the 14th at his office at 1030am . So you say Dallas but really come one do you live in the city or just the area???

hmmm small world because I too used DR. B. he did my surgery at Wise county hospital on 12/08/08. I go back for my follow up on the 14th. I will say I live so close to downtown that you cant actually see downtown because the trees and other building block the view. I live in uptown actually. Im sure you know where that is... Ol jade shes just a little crazy thats all..... she is good people though

I lost almost 15 pounds in 6 days and now I am only 3 days away from surgery.. I am nervous and excited. This pre-op is killing me I swear it is. But actually you know what now the hunger isnt so bad and I dont think it is the diet that is killing me but the myocel protien shakes they are having me drink. Damn these things make wendy's frosty's look like water and oh course I love the flavor of play dough with strawberries and vanilla mixed in. Oh well I am just being a whiny baby. Im just really happy

What there are more of us on here??? I was banded 12/08 and I still have the soreness and bruises to prove it. So I am 27 and live in the park cities. ( I like saying that better than actually saying I live in dallas) SO yeah I actually live on the edge in dallas. I didnt think anyone my age actually got banded till I came here. SO band buddies would be great. -
Yeah I rented the dark knight at the satans den (blockbuster) the other night on blu-ray i watched it so many times after my surgery. It was ridiculous. I love batman anyways. So now I am post op and I am on the freakin clr liquids and it suck I cant wait till I can have something with a little texture. Maybe in a about 5-6days i will be able to

I am day 4 post op and I am not really hungry but I think part of that has to do with the amount of water I am drinking. I do hear my stomach growl from time to time but I still dont feel hunger. Does anyone have the hiccups I have had them since the surgery. Not like regular hiccups but just one everyonce in a while I dont know if it is my stomach trying to get use to the band or what.

Well here I am 4 days being banded and I feel almost normal. I still have the soreness from the surgery but, it gets better day to day. I am so sick of broth and these protien shakes. I have lost like 25 lbs already! (that includes the pre-op). Good luck to the rest of the december people! -

Im having trouble with my pre-op I dont think I am actually eating enough and finding the time to make and drink two freaking shakes is getting really hard to do

I checked and I at about 40 lbs. and that is on a scale that is really off on the heavy side so not really sure. You grew up in the country I can tell.
