hello well i am happy to hear you live around the corner we can get together and work out. I really dont have a method to my losing except I can bearly eat anything lol. I pretty much survive on squash mushrooms and fish. I dont know how much you want to spend on a gym but i have this gym with a personal trainer right on Pierce and its only 180 for three times a week for a month. I only plan to stay there a month to learn tech. and then I am going back to 24 hour on Mc Kenliey (i cant spell for sh@@) lol. ok I hope the Dr. helps you but I guess the less you have to lose the harder it is . You dont have to lose that much. I started out at 265 and I am 229 as of this morning. Yeah for me I am so excited. Hope to hear from you. Michelle. PS what is your name?
