:eek:Hi I am not sure what I am doing here - I am hoping I an emailing someone - I found this website today and am thinking this is a great thing. I had the lapband done 11/10 - I'm two weeks out and am trying to figure out what is considered mushie food with Protein. I noticed you are from MT - me too - altho not living there currently. Thought it would be nicer to email a fellow Montanan. So if you get a chance email me back and tell me how you've been making out - and maybe you could give me some clue as to the mushie/protein thing.
