Do you have a high energy level? Please don't over do it... When was your surgery? Is losing 10lbs typical? So far, how much have you lost? What is your diet?

Hello!! I had my surgery in June, I've only lost 20 pounds. The only diet I have is the one given right after the surgery. I don't what to eat..:cool: Like in a day to day format.. I need to know the examples of diets that work. I must admit I don't exercise,but I'm starting TODAY So I ask you to TELL ME THE SECRET :tongue2:
