Thanks guys didnt realise it was as simple as copy and paste thought you have to save it so it updated every time you amended it over thinking somethin simple haha. well went for another fill today so got 5.75 in now and hopefully this will get it moving a little quicker. when ppl have a fill does anyone ever get that trapped wind feeling in the shoulder or is it just me???? its only been these last 2 fills not sure if something is wrong xx

im trying to get that thing on the bottom to say when i had my band fitted and weight loss etc can anyone help with it? i set it up but when i get to the end there is no save button or next once its done so everytime i come out and wright something new it never shows x please help lol x

Hiya and welcome to the site, i was banded last friday and i went with the package from frederick everything was organised for me and all i had to do was book the flights. it all went really well and was very well organised so i would recommend this package to anyone(it also worked out cheaper this way) and if you book crown currency in advance you can get a good rate on the euro. hi all glad your all doing well, i was a little naughty this morning and had a sneak on the scales :0) since i was weighed on friday i have lost 8.5lbs whoop whoop cant tell the difference as im so swollen but it looks good on those scales. Timeisnow i had a look at the tv's for you and yes they have a scart sockett, its a very basic room but very clean and adequett for the time u spend awake in there. My nose if still a little sore but brusing has gone now thanks guys, thought it would give some of you a giggle, i just told my sister wot i did and she nearly fell off her seat laughing (checky monkey isnt she?) im starting to feel a littel bit more hungry now but not overdoing it, scared to death of overeating so today i have had 2 yogurts, little jelly and an ice lolly and just going to have a slim fast mmm lol. while i was over there i met some great ppl and none of them had been on here so i have given them all the link and told them to get on, just for the great support and banter more than anything. take care all xx

hi all well im back safe and sound lol sorry didnt get to see you while i was there westie but did get to meet your friends as they were leaving (2 sisters). There have been so many post on here to catch up with but havent had the chance to read them all so hope your all doing well. Everything went really well, i went with the package straight from frederick and everything was so well organised it was so stress free it was great. i agree with you all the hospital was great i had a little accident on the morning after the op, i went to the toilet and on the way back i felt sick, sat on the edge of my bed and woke up on the floor under someone elses bed covered in blood yes id fainted fell flat on my face or my nose should i say its fine now but had to stay in hospital a little while longer on the last day just till i could walk without feeling dizzy. Someone was asking about the hotel, i found it really clean staff pleasant the food was really nice (i only ate 1 meal) it is expensive my partner and i had one meal and half a coke each and it came to about 35 euros would be best if you either took pot noodles and eat in your room or there is a pizza place down the road which my partner says is amazing. Hope all goes well you all of you getting banded this week xx

i need to be organised shelly i have 2 young kids lol, although they have now gone to stay with a friend and my fella is out watching the match (they lost so he wont be in a good mood) and the house is so empty its an awful weird feeling being here alone so off to bed for me it is night all see you on the other side take care and ill speak soon x x x x

you can pick these up at most places, market is usually the best or if your lucky pound shops usually sell them to but urll need one for each item hun x x and thanks for your wishes

Hi timeisnow shall i have a look while im out there i get back on sunday so will post reply on monday for ya. right ive cleaned the house, sorted the dog, the kids and packed and ive also done the shopping for when i get back, cuppasoups, yogurts, ricepudding and soups oh and fruit ice lollies anything else i need to do?? i dont feel that nervous today which i find strange just want to jump in bed ready for my 5am pick up, strange ehhh x x hope your all ok guys xx

My god ppls you can talk lol! ive not been on a while and its taken me about an hour to catch up. penny i have those same feelings and today i have been sorting all my bills out to make sure there all up to date just incase (my other half would never have a clue where to find them :0) and it was awful having those feelings running round in my head and thinking of all those things i would miss out on if it did happen i.e my sons 1st day at school this september etc but i have just tried to put them to the back of my mind and reading all the posts on here really helps put my mind at rest. This time next week ill be thinking wot the hell was i worried about i know i will, now im just thinking wot if my my bloods have something wrong with them (lol thanks for that garry!!) my god i never realised i was such a worrier hehehe. well only 2 more sleeps to go before i fly out, im really excited, worried, nervous happy, sad. just trying to get my house sorted as my mum is coming to stay here to look after the kids, then ill be on the losing side with you guys yippppeeeeee xxxx

Hiya hun, the arnica is for the brusing and the swelling i bought mine from holland and barratt cost £5.10 they are very small so can take them after to, you need to take 4 lots of 2 every day and for some reason you cant touch them with your hands something todo with the counter reaction i think she said, they also do it in a cream form but i wanted it for the inside brusing mainly. Yeh we land at around 9am so fred has said that a taxi will pick us up from there and take us straignt to the hotel, and then meet us at 9pm for the talk (think he does this in a group, seems to be the trend) im from manchester so not to far from you. Wish i was from scotland thou garry seems to have all these great nights planned lol. meeting up sounds good ill pm you later with details etc xx just think hun this time next week we'll be checking all our bag and passport haha god the nerves are bad now dread to think what they will be like next week xx

sorry to go on but wanted to share some advice someone gave me, they went it for boob job and she took a herbal thing called arnica, its supposed to help with the brusing and the swelling after surgery but can take it before hand to help to, i got some today they are just very very tiny balls u put on your tongue and they disolve so nice and easy, i also bought the liquid milk thistle (it tastes so bad) but if needs must and all that and thought it would still help if i took it after the op so didnt want tablets. also wanted to say congrats on becoming a gran, i had my 1st child very young to, im 27 with 2 children 1 nearly 9 and my youngest nearly 4 so feel like im kinda getting my life back a little as they are both very strong minded and independant especially my eldest think she has took on the role of mother but glad i had her when i did just hope we are as close as my and my mum. x
