Hi there! I have been banded since June 19, 2008. I'm beginning a free-weights regimen that I'm hoping will help me burn calories and build muscle mass (which will, in turn, help me burn more calories). If you need a buddy, I could use one too. If not, that's okay. I keep myself accountable by tracking every bit of food that passes my lips. After my 4th fill, I find that I am quite able to eat 1200-1300 calories per day and be quite satisfied.
