I use Miralax only when I need it. I take it at night. I found that there is no gas or bloating with it, and it is tasteless. It is a little more expensive, but well worth it. -
Hi, I am new to this forum. I had lap band surgery on August 15, 2008. I have lost a total of 51 pounds since April 1. I thought I would check out this forum also.
