  1. did you do liquids for 2 days them mooshys for 1 after your fill? because you may be swollen. When they overfilled me and I couldnt get watwer down they took a little out and it made me swollen and a few days later when the swelling went down I didnt have any restriction:( so maybe you should do liquids for a couple days to let the swelling go down and then see how ya do.

  2. Did you eat like this with them before the surgery? If so they probably are doing it out of habit. Lets face it they didnt get the surgery. I have 3 kids and a husband that works alot of hours. During preop and post op liquid diet I still had to cook for them and it was hard but temptations will always be around no matter what. That being said if they are doing it just to be mean and rub it in then thats just plain mean.

  3. Oh my gosh. I had 3 vodka and cranberrys last night and I felt loaded! And Im around 390lbs. And all I wanted to do when I got home was eat! And I did. No weight loss for this girl. Im gonna have to walk extra far today. I just wanted to try it but I dont think Ill drink anymore. so not worth it plus I felt a little queezy too. I so dont want to puke

  4. I am 9 weeks out and Ive had 3 fills! and I feel no restriction. ZIP I can eat like I did pre band. Shouldnt I feel something by now? A little bit? Ive lost 80 lbs but its because I exercise like crazy and only eat 1300 calories a day but I cant do this on willpower forever. I have this deep down fear that the band isnt going to stop my hunger! I dont want to have to fight the urge to eat more.I dont want to think about food 24 7

  5. I dont smoke any more I quit 2 years ago. I used to smoke 2 1/2 packs a day. It was the hardest thing I ever had to do. Even harder than this weightloss journey. If I can do it so could anyone. I still to this day miss it. I think a dr should tell people the risks about smoking and what could happen but to not do the surgery because a person smokes in my opinion is a bit much. Its our bodies.

  6. Well Im only 2 months post op and I will say it does get better when you can eat real food again. I just started:) But yes ya do miss it a little. It gets sooo much better though. I think what I miss the most is the quantity of food. I liked to eat all my chinese take out not just a cup:( but I do find that I crave good things like salads and Protein. I think the more ya stay away from sugars and white breads and starches the more you dont miss them. I ate a reese's on halloween which I dont think was bad but boy did I crave the darn things for like 3 days. Just do the best ya can and try to remember it gets alot better. The hardest part is the pre and post op diet. I never want broth or mushy food again BLUK!

  7. Im 7 weeks out of surgery. Ive lost 70 lbs with pre and post op diet. I stopped losing about 3 weeks ago and Im getting frustrated. Im not at my sweet spot yet but why should that matter if Im only eating 1300 calories a day and walking 1 and1/2 miles everyday. And I weigh 400 lbs so 1 1/2 miles for me is alot. I just dont get it. Maybe the 900 calorie 3 week liquid pre op diet really screwed up my metabolism. I mean wow at 400 lbs and the life style change ya think the weight would be falling off . Im really freaking out.I just want to cry.
