  1. shibalover I dont think I over did anything. I work out a few times a week and get my heart pumping for an hour at a time and before I had restriction I dieted and watched my calories but now I have restriction and am eating whatever I make my family but I just cant eat very much of it LOL. Ive come to relize I want to do this for life not like a diet. I dont get all my protein in most days but I try and I eat everything but the band helps with the amount. The only tip I have thats a for sure thing is DONT snack because the band wont help with that. I could eat a whole bag of reese cups if I want. so I stay far far away LOL I try not to have that junk in the house. It really is an awesome tool

  2. believe me its slowing down. 10lbs a month now. I think its because I have so much weight to lose. Thats all. It just fell of too. Im so glad I got this band. Its saved my life. at 464lbs I wasnt gonna live very long. I feel great just dropping 120 of the extra lbs. Cant wait till I drop all of it.

  3. aww thanks guys. If i can do this anyone can. I loved to eat and it amazes me how this band works:)As far as pics go I dont know how to do it and also I have 170 lbs more to go but if i get there I will figure out how to post pics:)

  4. Jenn I am not doing anything to crazy. I eat about 1300 calories a day and excersise everyday.( walking about 1 1/2 and I just started curves) I eat all the food groups. I eat good carbs (whole grain) and thats about it. I think bigger people lose faster in the beginning. My loss has slowed to 2-3 lbs a week and Im happy with that. Thanks hope this helps:)
