Hey there, thanks for the welcome! i think im feeling ok lol. still a bit tender but its getting better. i can walk around with a lot more ease now and im not hunched over lol. i keep getting this odd feeling tho that im going to throw up but i dont. it doesnt burn or anything but i can feel it up thru my chest n throat but then it stops! hmm anyone else have this?
