Everyone is different with all foods. My clinic told me that popcorn is friendly food. I have no problems eating them but of course, chew chew well and enjoy it. :-) If it isnt suitable with you, then you know what foods you need to stay away from. I experiment with all foods to see if its ok or not. I only stay away from bread,rice and carbonated drinks.
