Hello, I'm from Jax and am seriously considering the lap band. I'm trying find doctor recommendations, approx cost, and results. If anyone knows of a conference in Florida or Southern Georgia, I would love to attend and will drive wherever I need to go. I just want to do this right and with as small a scar as possible. one cheat cn make you stay out of ketosis for two weeks (I've done the low carb and cheated) I speak from experience. But that doesn't mean you haven't reached your doctors desires. Stay strong! You can do this! :smile2: What's 14 days to a lifetime of happiness?
