Ladystacks

Hello, I have had the lap band for about six months now. I went from a size 240 in now I am size 180. I want to get down to 160. This is my first time on here, but feel great to be able to talk to people whom been through, or going through what I am. My problem now is I be very burpy, like I have to strain myself everytime I eat or drink to make myself burp. It is a very uncomfortable feeling, and I dont know why it is happening.
