I'm like every other dieter, I've tried every diet, had some success but soon as I went off their plan, I gained all my weight back, plus some extrax. Now, as I'm on the back door step of 50, it was time for me to make some drastic changes.

Be patient......when you reach you full fill level, you will feel the restrictions........let your body adjust to the band. You'll be fine and best wishes
