Yesturday i had 3 optifast and that was it , and today i am on my 2nd one. I am allowed up to 5.

some days i need more. for me its the smell of food that gets me.

i have always been a big eater, i just love food.

i usually get the powder drink and mix it in the water bottles.

Our grocery stores run good sales buy one get one free . they usually run around 3.40 a box of 12.

all flavors, my fav are the lemondade.

i still havent gotten a call from anyone. next week i have to go for preop.
