  1. It is so sad that we are so desperate to lose even 1 lb, that we put our selves through all this, I hate skinny people who say "oh, I have to lose 5 lbs"
  2. So, here is my dilemma, I was at 209.1, then during the weigh in thing i went down to 205.6, the next day i was 206.6, and then couple days later i was 207 and stayed there till the day before weigh in and then on weigh in day i was 208 which was a real bummer...but then yesterday I got on the scale and I was sooooo happy cause it said 206.6 yahoooooeeeee....well, then today i get on and the scale is screaming in my face hahahah you weigh 209 and I got on three different times and put the scale in three different places in the bathroom and it still said 209...I am sooo frustrated to say the least. what is happening, i feel like my scale hates me and is taunting me................

  5. I could just cry, cause yesterday i weighed 207 which put me back where I was and this am i am at 208.:thumbdown: Oh well i have to change my ticker but it will be going up since the last time i changed it I was 207. At the beginning of this challenge, I weighed 209.7 so I am down 1.7 lbs...
  6. I'm still in Rain, I hope I lost at least a pound. Going out to lunch with my girlfriend now so I will definitely make a healthy choice...:tongue2:
  7. I hear u Val, if it weren't for my other half, I would never enter a buffet again. It is just to tempting...:biggrin:
  8. they won't hold you to the exact number on the scale, but they do want u to detox from the carbs and shrink your liver before surg. you'll do fine, when they give u the surgery date, it will be as long as your weight loss attemp is valid and you show you are really trying.
  9. Regular clothes, shoes off. why would u want to put weights on?:biggrin:

I am just the opposite Rain, m-th, I feel in control but Fri,sat and Sun all I do is run around with the other half and he loves to eat, usually all u can eat places like the courntry buffet or all u can eat china, I used to do well but after that first unfill back in june I went all out and I don't have the willpower I used to have. I am doing ok, just not as well as i would like.

OMG Biggurl, that is where I was (ashamed of myself) :biggrin:. the one on transit rd around 4 pm...did we dine together? for the first year after surgery, i could go in there and eat sensible, and skip the sf ice cream, but not anymore, i need to stay out of there!!!! it was goooood though..:smile2:

  14. Hey all, really blew my diet today, didn't eat all day, and then went hog wild for dinner at a buffet.

  19. Starting weight 209. goal 199, Breakfast iced tea and 2 string cheese I will post later for lunch dinner and snacks lunch and dinner had 2 cups of 15 bean soup with ham snack 2 sf licorice sticks

  21. Great, now all I'm thinking about is food. I bought these crunchy cheese doodle things in the health food dept. mini bags of pop corn and sugar free cherry locorice. I want to eat all of it now............
  22. that is a no brainer for me Jenn, I have always been a snacker so I snack. I do not know my calorie intake cause my doc has us follow the south beach diet and it doesn't require counting calories, just monitoring our carb intake. I do know, that going below 1100 cal. a day will slow your met. down and you will stop losing wight..:tt1:
