I never seen this message until now..only about 10 months later! LOL Things have been so slow for me..but I am back on here and working on this again. I have only lost 35-40 pounds in 11 months...I hated the band...but then I just found out I am insulin resistant and a pre-diabetic so that explains why the weight loss has been almost nothing. I am learning how to deal with this and hope to be back on track now....Hope all is good with you and you have had a great year of weight loss!
