    I have a surgery date Dec 5. I was surprised to find someone to do the surgery. I am 5ft 2 inches tall and weigh 160 lbs. I am very excited.

    Thanks! Yes I am in day 2 of pre-op..I have read so many different pre-op diets, I wonder which is best and why there is such a difference? From complete liquid, to one light meal a day..Mine is 60 grams of protein and 35 gr. of carbs, 2 fruits...any idea?

    Wow! I am on my second day of pre-op and my pre-op diet is way worse then yours. I can only have 30 gr of carbs and 60 gr. protein a day. I looked at Healthy Choice dinners and they start at 35 gr of carb's. I 'm having a hard time finding a meal other than the shakes. Any ideas?

    Just wondering..I am 56 years old ..5ft2inches and 163 pounds.. am I the oldest bandster ? my surgery date is Dec. 5th 2008 in Mexico.

    Since my surgery date was set I feel compelled to eat at every restaurant and every favorite food , like the last supper. I have gained 8 lbs..any one else??
