I have been having horrible regurgitation of undigested food every night. I bought a wedge and use an additional 1-2 pillows on top of it to prevent crap from coming up my esophagus and out my nose and mouth while I try to sleep. I'm miserable, but my doc says I'm too tight and wants to keep unfilling my band. The trouble is that I don't have enough restriction with less in my band. If I don't cough and reflux all night, I eat anything I want all day. If I have good band resistance, I cough and reflux all night. I don't know what to do. This is my second band after my first prolapsed, and I never had this trouble with my first band.
