Rockcreek

I had my surgery 5.20 and the only major discomfort I am feeling is a gas pocket that moves around upper chest lower ab area, neck. Didnt sleep at all 1st nite last night did get some rest. I havent felt any hunger pains...I guess this will pass.

My first post. I have just begun following a liver reduction diet given by my doc. I have 5-6 months of evals and classes before the lap band procedure any tips would behelpful. I am Rockcreek.
