yes i have had a tummy tuck...yes i do work-out with weights...yes i do still have stretch marks...yes one of the muscles sticking out is my port...lol...yes i do have a scar from hip to hip from my tuck...yes i know...my body will not ever b perfect....

Carrie..our stories are very similar but you actually lost more than I did...and I feel the same way haven't had a fill either because sometimes when my band is tight I cant really get much down either and I tend to eat sliders too...but like you was afraid to get loosened because I dont want to gain any weight!! I'm not much of an exerciser either!!

Hang in there and you'll get there!! It is soo hard to find balance when you have addiction.I feel like were are addicts thats why we were over weight.Food was our "drug" of choice!! and when you take that away things can get crazy!! Plus I can only imagine the "new " kind of attention you were getting and how you could lose focus and become obscessed with getting thinner & thinner...I'm on the opposite end I only lost like 60 lbs and then became lazy and went back to my old bad habits.Plus I just lost my 35 yr old brother to cancer and that has put me in a complete tail spin I dont even care anymore about anything!! So hang in there cause that's all we can do.I will say a prayer for you that you will find the help you need to get to a safe,healthy happy place!!

Working my way back to my lowest weight of 178...20 pounds are so easy to see on me now... :-( Once you go skinny you can 't go back!
