Oh, I forgot to answer about the calories...I run right around 1000 to 1200 when I am doing it right. I mean eating only when hungry, stop when not hungry (not in pain or even full!) and NO liquids around eating time!I probably eat 5 or 6 small (less than 1 cup) meals a day. I have been doing good for almost three weeks..LOL!
