You know what...mine stalls at least once a month for about 10 days. I think I have noticed that my best weeks are when I really dont snack on salty things....like chips, and really cut out snacking. Last week I did really well at this...and lost 4 pounds. This week, not so much, and I havent lost anything. I drink tons of water...over 100 ounces a day. We started working out, doing bootcamp twice a week...that helped. How is your restriction?
