Hey I noticed in one of your post's you said you finally have restriction after 2 years...I'm 15 months out and basically lost almost 60 in the first 6 or 7 months and now I'm just stuck...I was wondering what had happened with you?? If you dont mind sharing...It's just frustrating alot of people on here are just losing tons of weight and when your stuck it's crazy?? Thanks,Teal

Not a huge loss since the last time I've updated. Things have def slowed down! Just wanted to do an update because I am out of the 200's!!! Yipee!!

Im good...how bout u?? Been under alot of stress lately so I havent been really trying as hard as I should but u know...We just found out my younger brother has cancer and he is not doing well at all.So that has been really crazy & hard for him & my family.So just say a prayer for him if you can..I hope things are good on your end!! I drink coffee every morning too & have had no problems...Just drink lots of water too so you dont get dyhydrated.
