Hey u!! I'm right there with you.I had to have a hysterectomy and have been totally out of it since and gained like 10 lbs!! Eeek!! It happens though!! We can get motivated again dont be down on yourself!! We still have our tool we just have to put it to use again!! Hang in there!!

Thanks for the encouragement!! I guess sometimes I just want the weight to just fall off!! Wouldn't that be nice,huh?? I just have to re-focus & get moving!!

No you totally can tell u've lost!! I'm jealous!! lol..jk!! I'm 18 months out and have lost about 60 lbs total and am just stuck!! I really dont exercise soo I'm thinking it's def. time to get started!! thanks for the tip...And I hear you on the sweets,I'm the SAME way,it's hard because they just slide on thru huh?? Well hang in there cause I think your doing great!!!!

Thanks for the advice!! Maybe I should try the not eating after 7?? I feel like I dont eat to much but I'm constantly picking...so I'm sure it add's up by the end of the day!! 175 will be awesome!! Keep it up!! How many cc's are you at??

Hey you! I'm doing ok,thanks for asking!! My brother is doing a little better,he's been needing blood transfusion's,so that has been hard on him.Truthfully I got depressed when I found out about my brother and kinda got a little out of control with the food! So after gaining some weight I'm now trying to pull it back in again & get back on track!! Hope your doing well,as always good to hear from you!! Take care!
