  1. 50 pounds!!!!!!!!!!! don't come down on urself...50 pounds is a lot of weight to lose....my exercise routine is all cardio...i need to take my flabby butt to the gym...but have no motivation to go...i have all the motivation in the world to do cardio exercise...but when it comes to the gym...i dont know what my problem is...i power walk/jog for at least an hour and a half to 2 hours 6-7 days a week...i do not count my calories any more...i measure my portion to b a half cup...i do not snack...but i'm not big on counting...i eat what i like...with an exception to rice...pasta and bread...no sweets either...but i don't have a sweet tooth...my motivation is the way i feel...i was absolutely misreable being over weight....i dont think i'll ever 4get that feeling...i'm on a natural high...i cant go back...i look at food as food...it taste good for a minute...but the damage can stay on u for a lifetime
