  1. My goal is 8 lbs. I put it on the thread. It wasn't at the top of the thread so I wasn't sure if you would see it. I'm not use to posted to threads and I didn't want u to miss it. Is the due date for the challenge Oct 31?

  3. Yeah my friend can't eat chicken, burgers, bread and i forgot the rest. I still can eat all that and we have about the same cc's. Booth camp is going good. Instead of over 20 women. It was only 7 today. Yes I'm still walking a work. I'm just not losing.....but I can tell I'm losing inches. Glad my info can help. I ask the doctor to many questions. lol

  5. It is. I really enjoy it. My 14 year daughter goes with me and my sister n law. Afterwards I go to work.

  6. OMG, I am sooooo sorry. I read your ticker wrong. I have my ticker set up different. Girl I thought u weighed 139 and I was worried about u after your son made that comment. I done sent you a personal email and everything. I feel so stupid. Well in that case girl. Ignore everything I said. Don't ignore the I'm so proud of u part. lol

  7. I just like at your about me tab...wow u r 139 already. I remembered when you was 160. Where did the time go? Congrats on being 3 lbs below your goal. I know u feel great.

  10. Just checking in to see how u doing? I know it just been yesterday and you were really tight. But I was checking to see if you were able to drink more today? Some days u will be tighter than others. Also in the mornings and when u r stress out or either mad you will be tighter. That's because your body tense up. Make sure you don't dyhdrate okay. I had a coworker that died 2 months ago from dyhdration. She was sick I don't know if it was the flu or what. Take care....Keep me posted.

  11. No its not through a gym. It was a flyer posted at the hospital and one of my friends told me about it. Its for women only and we meet at the track at school. Since its still dark out.....they have about 5 or 6 solar lamps. At first they had a radio and we had music but they haven't brought that in a few days. I love it. When it first started it was over 20 women. Today and yesterday it was only 7 or 8. Take care!!

  12. I can understand using food when u r having problems. How old is your daughter? If you ever need to talk about it you can send me private messages. I hope everything work out for u. I had some drama happen my way the past two days. So I really do understand.

    I was banded oct. 29 last year. I lost 50 lbs. I haven't lost any weight in the past 2.5 months. I keep gaining and losing 3 to 4 lbs. But I have been still losing inches. My weight was 229....now its 179.....my goal is to get to 145 to 150. I have about 30 more lbs to go. I also left a message on your vistor page. If you write back leave it on my visitor page incase I don't check this blog again. Thanks.
  15. I have a question. When u weigh yourself everyday on your wii. About how much weight do u lose a day? I remember you told me it was a pattern. After a few days of losing then the third day you will gain just a little. Am I right?

     

    The reason why I'm asking my weight lost isn't improving. I thought I was out of the gained 3 to 4 lbs then lose realm but I'm not. Starting tommorrow. I am going to make my workouts more intense. I am losing inches though. Thanks in advance.

  17. Yes I have went down some inches. I use to wear a size 18 in pants and now I am a size 10.

  18. In that case we both have issues. I use to weigh myself that much for about 2 or 3 months and now I see my weight just changes like 2 lbs through the day so I made myself stop. But I do still weigh everyday. Congrats on loses all those inches. I was in a size 18 now I wear a size 10 and i weigh 179

  19. It's going good. I lost 50 lbs. I weigh 179. I have been at a 50 lb lost for about 2 to 3 months now. I keep gaining and losing 3 lbs but no new weight. However I am losing inches. I joined boot camp for woman. Its a six week program. We workout from 5 a.m. to 6 a.m. Monday thru Friday. And and at work I do two 15 min. power walks on my breaks. And maybe Saturday or Sunday I put in a dvd and work out. I am losing inches. I was a size 18 and now I am a size 10.

  20. I started working out at the track from 5 a.m. to 6 a.m. and then off to work 7 to 5:30. I do two 15 minute walks at work also. I must say I am proud of myself. I have been out there every day (Monday thru Fridays) I am not losing any weight. I keep bouncing back and forth from losing 3 lbs and gaining it back. When I weighed myself today I had lose 1.5 of the 3 lbs I gained. But a day or two later I gaines it back. On a brighter note I am losing inches.
  21. Thanks, I needed to hear that. Even though I already knew....its just that I would rather see the scale move a lot quicker. lol. How much have you lost now?

    Normaly u will received your fill six weeks after surgery. (But every doctor maybe different) I weigh my self every day and if I get frustrated....then I will weigh myself once a week. My doctor told me to through my scale away. lol, as long as I was excersing, then I'm doing good.

  25. Girl I see u weigh 173. Congrats. My weight is still bouncing back 2 to 3 lbs. But I have lost some inches. This will be my third week in boot camp and my daughter second week. How have your workouts, eatting habits been going? I can feel a different with this fill thank goodness.
