    It has been a very long time

    Just checking to see if my updated ticker works.
  2. I had my band done in Dec 2008 and I let it get to loose and I am starting over again. I had lost 80 pounds at 1 year and now I am back over 300 pounds. I an exercising and watching my food intake but most of all I am back at my Dr. so my band can help me. Is there anyone out there who has gone through this and can give me some much needed encouragement. Thanks, Dena

  4. Hello Everyone, I haven't posted in a long while and I have had some great success. I have lost 31 pounds since my last post and a total of 73.2 pounds since my surgery. My anniversary of my band is next Wednesday and I am hoping to be at 75 pounds total loss. I will try and keep up with my posting. I go back to the Doctor on January 26th and hope to be 10 more pounds lighter. I am exercising more and that helps a lot. My goal for January is 10 pounds.
  5. I lost 1.8 last week. I feel really good and my close are feeling looser. I can't wait to go to the doctore on Tuesday. Have a great weekend.
  6. I am going to set my goal for september. I am going to set my goal at 10 pounds. I lost track of how much I am working on this month but I am sure it is good. I will be on vacation the fist of September so I hope I can not indulge to much. Have a good week everyone.
  7. Well I have lost another 5 pounds so i am down 13.5 pounds since my last fill. I just hope it keeps on going. Have a great weekend everyone.
  8. Great job Veronica72. 1/2 wat is a good place to be. I lost 1.4 #'s last week. I am down 8.5 #'s since last doctor appointment on 7-13. I am hoping to be down another 3.5 #'s by August 25th. I am at my sweet spot with my band and I have so much hope that I can get this weight off and keep it off. Florida Pete, It was glad to hear from you. I pray all gets better for you. Thanks, for all the support I get from you guys.
  9. Great Job China!! I lost 6 pounds this last month. My goal for August is another 5 pounds. Slow and steady wins the race.
  10. Great job on the 14 pounds. I go back to the doctor on August 25th and am hoping to be down 10-12 pounds my self. Hope everyone has a great weekend.
  11. I also lost 1 pound this week which was good. It was my birthday yesterday and I had ice cream cake over the weekend. I am biking everyday and I know that helps. I actually can't wait to go back to the doctor because I will have such a good loss this time that I will make everyone happy. I am hoping to get to my 200's by christmas which will be my 1 year anniversary. I hope everyone has a great week.
  12. Well I gave in and had some muffin. Not the whole thing but some of it. I am doing better at lunch with fruit. I will most likely not biking much this weekend because my Birthday is Monday and I will be celebrating all weekend. I must stay focused.
  13. I have a a group of people I work with that eat like crazy and I have chocolate muffins staring at me. If I can resist the muffins it will be wonderful to me. I biked last night and it made me feel a sense of accomplishment and I am seeing the weight come off finally. China we are in this thing together and please draw strength from anyone you can. Hope everyone has a great weekend.

  15. I feel like I am finally doing better. I have a lost 4.9 since my last fill on July 13th. I am biking and walking everyday. I pray thi all continues. 2 years ago I got down to 220 with wieght watchers but gained it all back. I hope I will see that number again or even lower. I hope everyone continues to have a good week.

  18. I appriciate all the support. I have been eating good and riding my bike every day for 30 minutes and I think I will have a loss of atleast 2-3 pounds. I am addicted to the scale and weigh everyday. I need to only weigh once a week but i worry I am not doing enough. It will all tell when I go back to the doctor on 8-25. My goal then is to have lost at least 10 pounds if not more. Wich me luck on my goal and Sue in Ne I wish you luck on your goals.

  20. I had my first official weight gain of 3#'s at the doctors office. I haven't done very good at all. I got a .5cc fill and I think I am about to my sweet spot. I rediscovered mashed potatos and it got me a lecture at the doctors office. I think I was rebelling a little because I miss eating some foods. I am afraid I am going to be a little to tight but I am going to hang in there until it loosens up a little. I don't want any taken out because I am afraid of a gain. Hope everyone has a great week.

  22. Oh I forgot to add that my goal for July is 5 pounds. My weight loss is slow so I will have a low goal and maybe be able to met it this time.
  23. I haven't posted in a while but I have stayed the same. I am feeling restriction but I am not quite at my sweet spot. I am finding it hard to find the time to workout. I have a stationary bike, treadmill and pool at home and still can't seem to get motivated. I go back for a fill July 13th and hopefully it will be a good loss for me. I go on vacation Wednesday and am a little worried about eating the right things. I hope everyone has a good week and a safe 4th of July Holiday.
  24. I gained 2# this week. I am still loose. I have a fill next week so hopefully I can get to a point that I am not struggling so much. I hope everyone has a great week.
