Right now I am on a regualr diet. Umnlike alot of post,My doctor did not put me on aliquid diet 2 prior to surgery. So I am eating regular foods, but staying clear of carbs as much as possible, low fat. You know better food choices. Losts of fruit and veggies and tons of water. As far as my stock for the 1st 2 weeks its obviously liquids broths, soups, sugar free jello, protein shakes, skim milk, egg beaters and protein powder for added protein,, fruit juices, fat free yogurt smooties. I hit up Trader Joes, Whole Foods, and Lindberg nutrition and Ithink I'm pretty ready!
